Delicious Monta and Amazing Soup I ordered takeout from Monta Factory in Glendale, CA, and both the Hungry Monta and Monta Tomato Herb soup were fantastic! The Hungry Monta featured flavorful, seasoned beef dumplings baked to perfection, paired with a fresh house-made tomato broth. The Monta Tomato Herb soup was just as impressive, with a rich tomato base, fragrant sautéed mint and garlic, and plenty of tiny monta dumplings. Reheating the soup at home made the flavors shine through--30 seconds in the microwave for the soup and 3 minutes in the air fryer for the dumplings made everything taste as good as fresh. Monta Factory is a must-try for anyone craving delicious, handcrafted dumplings.

Excellent food and wonderful service. I suggest calling in your order if you don't feel like waiting. They have a large parking spot and plenty of indoor seating. I'm very clean and well run, everything is made to order. The monta were delicious, served with two different dipping sauces, such great flavors And good ingredients. Excellent option if you're looking for something unique and different.

Fantastic chicken sandwich. Best I have ever had, period. The matsun (white cream) brings it to a whole new level of creamy tanginess. The ciabatta is fresh, crunchy, chewy, and sweet. 10/10.

Food: - salmon sandwich: 6/10, not worth it for the price imo - Monta dumplings: 10/10, would get this in a bigger size next time - vegetarian grape leaves: 9.5/10, delicious, served cold - lettuce salad: 5/10, not my favorite "salad", it's more like a slaw Service: - friendly wait staff - quick service Ambiance: - AC - decent sized parking lot - empty on a Saturday afternoon

Tried Armenian Monta for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. We were starving and decided to stop by for a quick bite. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our food came out very quickly. The ambiance was charming and relaxed, perfect for a casual meal. Since the weather was nice, we chose to sit outside. I would definitely come back here again or order takeout.

The chicken sandwich here is perfect. The bread, meat to veggies ratio, and construction - just perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. The chicken is grilled and slathered in garlic sauce. The bread is crunchy and soft. Oh yeah, as its name reflects - come here and eat the monta too - little morsels of meaty deliciousness that I like to dunk in their two sauces (garlic and some tomatoey item).

I loved the food so much, I ate here twice during a recent, quick LA area trip. The novelty of it helped (I'd never even heard of Monta, let alone eaten them). But I tried other things, some of which were "normal" food for me, and they were great, too. First, the Monta (aka Manti). One day my husband ordered the Veggie Monta (which I ate several of), and for the second visit, I did. While they were super delicious both times, it was interesting how they were quite different from day to day. The first time they were crisp, hot, and several were actually too well done (blackened, and a bit dried out). The second time they were warm, not hot, and not as crispy. But the good news is, I didn't care. I'd happily eat either batch again, any time! The other main entrée that we each had a chance to try (on different days) was the Salmon Salad. Wild Alaskan Salmon, on a bed of greens. As you can see by my photo, there are 2 kinds of dressings: One on top of the Salmon, the other on the salad. One of them is a Tahini dressing, but the menu doesn't say what the other one is. They were both good, but the one on top of the Salmon was extraordinarily tasty. The Salmon was exceptionally well-cooked both times. Moist, tender, and flakey. We shared an Eech salad both times, which is the Armenian take on Tabbouleh. We both agreed that for our tastes, this is way better than Tabbouleh we've had. More grainy, moister, with a very refreshing taste, and (ha) way less parsley! I also tried a Cheese Beoreg (Beoreg, Boreg, Boereg, etc.), an interesting pastry made of layered, thin dough and two kinds of cheese. It was delicious (repeating myself), though I did wish it had just a bit more cheese. Finally, I had 2 baked Blini, since that is the minimum order (I really just wanted to try one Blin, but I decided I'd rather have two than none at all). It reminded me of a blintze filled with meat (though not exactly). Interesting, tasty experience. Service both visits was very friendly. Order at the counter (I had a lot of questions the first time, and they were all patiently answered), then the food is delivered to your table, within 5 minutes for both of my visits.

Just by looking at the restaurant, you would never know that it's the most DELICIOUS manti you'll ever eat! When I stopped eating meat, I never realized how many traditional Armenian dishes I'd be missing out on. This place makes up for all of that. My friend brought me here for the impossible manti and it did not disappoint. 10/10. I'll recommend it to anybody I know because of how delicious it was. The dolma was also 10/10! Thank you, Monta Factory, for giving me the food experience I've been missing!
